S-5!® ColorGard 2.0 bar with V clamps ("V" stands for Vertical) fits mechanically fastened, vertical double-folded seam profiles that are up to 0.47" wide. Effective for snow retention in areas with low to moderate snow loads.
The S-5-V clamp is a cost-effective solution for most machine-folded seams in a vertical orientation and within certain dimensions.
S-5!® standing seam clamps are designed to affix directly to the vertical seams of the metal panels without penetrating the seam by tightening the included round-point, stainless steel setscrews to the specified tension.
All S-5!® standard clamps have undergone rigorous load testing through parallel-to-seam (along the seam or drag load) testing.
