Bar-Style Snow Guard System

S-5!® ColorGard 2.0 bar with U Clamps can be used on vertically-oriented seams (up to 0.4") and rotated 90 degrees for use on many horizontal seam profiles with horizontal projection equal to or greater than 0.65". Effective for snow retention in areas with low to moderate snow loads.
The simple design, generous dimensioning, and multiple hole orientations are what make the S-5-U clamp so popular and versatile. It can accommodate a majority of the standing-seam profiles manufactured in North America - including structural and architectural profiles.
S-5!® standing seam clamps are designed to affix directly to the vertical seams of the metal panels without penetrating the seam by tightening the included round-point, stainless steel setscrews to the specified tension.
All S-5!® standard clamps have undergone rigorous load testing through parallel-to-seam (along the seam or drag load) testing.

Standing-Seam Clamp
The S-5!® S-5-U Clamp will fit about 85% of the standing seam metal roof profiles manufactured in North America. Fits vertically-oriented seams, and by rotating the clamp 90 degrees, it can also be used on most horizontal 2” seam profiles.
